Or you can awlays climb trees, or mountains, up and down LOL under high temperatures, it will work you bet on it

No I am not too bad at the moment. I have been between 14 and 15 stone for years and can't seem to get any lower (or any higher). as for climbing mountains and trees in hot weather it isn't going to happen here today. Its freezing!!!!!!!

Well but i am slim and i do exercises anyway! I never get fat and i do it! It is cool!
You can go to a gym and do some as yes some are easy and great to the body and mind too, really..i do easy ones nowadays plus water sports whenever i can
I dunno what's that of 15 stones...seems you're talking to me about stones, tell me about Kilos!! That yes are measure and weight, not stones LOOOOOOOOOOOOOL
Freezing there? So, you can skate, ski, run and cycling for instance!

Sorry!!!!!! I still work in imperial measures for some things and metric for others. It must drive poeple mad!!!!!! 14 stone is about 88kilos!!!!! I'm a little bit over that!!!! as for ice skating oh dear god!!!!!! Last time I went was when I was a kid and I got too cocky and ended up on my ass really hard!!!!! Never again!!!!!

Well, that's my guessing anyway, i think that is the usual weight on men;
Ice skating i never tried, maybe one day, i know skating that yes and it's good to know it because the balance we learn with it and it is the same on windsurfing.LOOOOOOOOOOOOOL how i know that

How tall? 6 feet which is just under 2 metres. As for windsurfing!!!!! I'd have more chance of walking on the bloody sea than surfing on it!!!!!
