i'd a calm tea twice, but it didn't work! Some of you have a comt/reply from me did during the night as i woke up at 3h.am and i rolled on and on and on my bed till fall down off my bed

just this time i was kinda awake 
So: till be fed-up 
I did turn on my lappy, started to watch Prison Break 
but i got fed-up too ..dunno why as i really LOVE that guy, Michael Scolfield=Wentworth Miller's his name btw, he is a delight huh? 
So, as today wil be a kind of a calm day for me, i hope to sleep a bit

Oh then you were one of us awake this last night, i noticed few were awake but i was with an eye open and the other sleeping LOl......I really tried maybe soon i'm in my dreamland..HA A KING size bed? Mine is a BIG one from my g-g-g-parents now imagine how big and tall/high it is...it is a bit more than 1 meter from the floor, so whenever i fall down it hurts funny is that most the times i don't wake up only by morning with my doggy coming to my bedroom checking what i am doing on floor and licks my nose then i wake up
Sometimes i do some stuffs related with work during the night but wasn't the case!!
So you also didn't sleep well!
Geeezzz what a night for some of us yes

Yeah, they call me hamster because I do my work at night until early -no definite- time.

so true LOL .. but i have a scar already on the left side of my fore-head, as i didn't go to the Hospital at the time, well now the scar is visble, a little bit!
Funny is that when i sleep on the floor, i always wake up on next morning on the other side of the room...i just go rolling on and on while sleeping till stop somewhere..i would love to film myself sleeping LOl
I always liked to study and do my works during the night too, maybe because the silence, but no one dared called me that only nuts yes that yes but no worries as it is true so are all my guests to call me nuts

(1)Sleep in a box. (Go ahead cupcake!)
(2)Glue your self. (Wear your clothes on, don't forget!)
(3)Get a rope, tie yourself up. (Choose a thicker one tho, you might break it, or better yet, borrow your dog's chain!)

Yeah that one with the glue i can't forget the clothes really, because by summer i don't wear a jama and well i don't want to go then to the beach with the box with me

I'l buy some pillows and i'l get a box too just in case and surround my bed with big pillows every night!
I should get a bed not so high that yes would be a nice, just i guess my mother would turn mental..or at least very angry with me if i sell this furniture LOl

I always sleep really well, never hear anything, hardly ever dream and rarely wake up either. Hubby says i am lucky cos he is up half the night thinking. My poor wee empty head just isn't up to it

Just going to do a coffee now, i slept since 10am or so till mi nutes ago, so i'm ok
I don't have problems usually too, and yes like you when i'm sleeping i never hear the thunders or whatever, even when i fall out off my bed i don't wake up!!! And yes i hardly dream too...funny is that hapned this last night i dreamed but a nasty nightmare with my sister, she died, and an ex-boyfriend, really a weird dream, after that i really didn't manage to sleep!
Sometimes i turned the lappy, till i see it was day already
Your hubby spends half of the night thinking???? WOW, i think a lot too but he thinks about what??? LOL

oh poor kiki its horrible if you dont sleep well someone told me if you eat clementines fruit before bed you will sleep well and you know its true seems crazy but it somehow works !! me and hubby eat them every evening give them a try kiki

Clementines??? OH! That is new to me!There is a proverb/saying here in Portugal that says: Orange by morning is gold, by afternoon is silver and by night kills...yes i translated but it says that!! because so i never eat since a kid oranges, or clememntines and so by night... anyway yes i'l give it a try..also funny, my calm tea i always have by night is done from orange flowers and so, i dunno how you call i in english, so you are right and the portuguese saying is wrong!!

So, immediatly i asked him all from prison Break and others too Now i have the 1st., the 2scnd., the 3rd i'm watching but ok i don't tell you , and the 4th... can't wait to watch the 4th! Here is on TV again but the 4th just i already have it It is easy to get it, just we need careful and i should be shut up lol.
Michael, and his brother too..this one also has a serie named "john Doe ", but Michael i love him...maybe more or almost more one of these days than Russsel...just Russel Crowe no one beats him and all men on Gladiator especially! Well, i mean Celebs I must do a post about Michael, what a body eh? and eyes!
I slpet now 3 hours this morning, i did awake few minutes ago, so i feel ok now.
OH Tammy this last night, i did it alone, your links are here on the left column girl, going to add there your blog as there you have other links of you too, when you have a bit of time have a look. I did it alone that's why are looking like that, but then when i add my blog to the other of my aunt, i tried it already but it didn't work, i'l do another blog list, by now i guess it is ok, just i may change its place so the links are seen better.

yes! I slept till few minutes ago since 10ham or so, it was a strange night with nightmares even my sister and an ex-boyfriend appeared on the nightmare, and i couldn't sleep more, i tried, than sometimes i turned on the lappy when i noticed it was day already
I use to sleep well, unless i have something to do yes, i always do it by night, i have that habit since i was a student. Oh i guess it is because thesilence and so we have the day free no? I remember that I and my colleagues used to study to the exams, final exams especially by night at one of our houses, and no, no parties, we really had to study as the exams were all day yes day no, so there was no time for parties, but then we had the day to have a bit of fun, by night with the silence of the night it was great, funny is that i was the only girl by them, we were a group of 4 usually but great friends, and wow we also used to study tricks so i help them during the exAMS, as changing the exams papers..great risk .. and others that's why i tell mines nowadays that i know all the tricks so they must behave well indeed

Aww sorry about your nightmares. They are horrible arent they. I shall let you into a little secret. I was the worst but luckiest student in the world. I could get away with writing essays in about two hours and get really good marks for them when I was at college. All my mates would be struggling for weeks with work and I would turn up, write it, go to the pub and still get better marks than them!!!!!! If any child of mine tried it I would kick their arse!!!!!!!

I was a very good one but because my photographic memory, and ears too as i was a good listener, but yes well i wasn't the worst but i wasn't an example for sure i was very lucky too...wow how i know that, and my colleagues the ones who used to study with me almost on the day of the exam were lucky too usually if they get a seat by me, i dunno how but even if i wasn't sure i used to write about whatever around the theme and always getting great marks
Oh but on the oral essays we can make that the teacher do a turn around and goes to what we want to talk about..i was very good manipulating them!! I hope none of them read this lol
Yeah some really struggle lol, i never struggled like that and i always had better marks than well most of all, not all...depending the subject.
