I rested this morning after posted my morning posts..as was so sad and tense..i refer this on one of my previous post of this morning, you can check out them, yes you are my friends, guests and if so free to comment on what you want or feel to
I always love to chatt with you, doesn't matter the post where you comment, as this one is the 5th already today cz i'm home yeha and will be next days resting, having fun here and going to a cinemma and so to distract my mind and improve my mood.
As i'm still so tense while dish-washing i broke a plate and cutted my hand ..cz i exploded in silence only breaking 1 plate, just i hurted myself it cutted my hand and the blood isn't stopping, maybe I need to go to a Hospital. I photographed how's my hand now:

I must add that my mood is improving for the better by now though not 100% yet , anyway i'm feeling already very calm, as was great had some rest this morning

ADD: I already went to a Hospital nearby and they did 2 stitches on my wound, so it's all OK by now

Please my dear friends and Ed's friends read the update that Ed's father wrote about his health condition, his blog is: www.wensum24.blog.co.uk , Ed is in a very worrying condition at the momment
I really hope he doesn't go down, doesn't give up of fighting for his life and survive all this!

I dunno why Well, maybe i know, as my dad must be on his " menopause for men" for sure, as i don't see another explanation, and is driving me nuts really, is being to much bad for me everyday, lately , it is too much , i'm feeling as if i'm about to have a breakdown ..can't be!
Today i woke up around 7ham crying so i guess i'm about to have indeed a breakdown and i don't want too , so i'l try spend today and next days at home doing some walks around with Elvis, my lovely dog to the beach or so, just to calm down and chatting with you here having fun yes.
I'm calm yes, as i don't reply my dad, when he starts to attack me i decided to " turn off " as if i'm not listenning nothing at all ..i'm not understanding his behaviour and it really lets me so sad ..aw tears are rolling down my face again...
I must improve my mood yes, with jokes and alikes, so, don't be surprised of see me laughing lots today as i use too when i'm feeling too much sad, to much down i use to laugh a lot as its the best medicine i think for when I feel like this
