When i was about2end my late lunch+2Blog-Around i remembered myself i'd my Body-Building class,yes i'm into it Today was the 3rd class, well honestly should be ,more advanced,BUT GAWD HOW IT HURTS ..i started it last week, just the 1st.class..2hours everyday, i'm i know ..i only handle it about 30minutes I don't do exercises, gym ones, long time ago, i'm used to do just the home ones, sometimes by morning, so when i went there to the second day of it i was feeling pains in all my muscles but i did 1 hour and 10 minutes Brave girly me huh?
So i decided to let the 3rd class for today,this week, just now i'm feeling worst than i was because as i'm the only woman in my class all were joking about if i handle it or not, as are various machines, as the bars or whatever it is for arms and so too,if was today that i handle the 2hours of trainning..
..SO i decided that i would show them all that i handle it and i did just now a confession, here :
- I'm feeling ALL broken up really OOOH!
And all this because my trainner! When i did the inscripton asked me what i want to do, and i answered:
- Body-building, - and he replied me:
- Ok, but what do you want to work on you, bcz doesn't seem to me that you need to loose weight!
- I don't, indeed i need to put on it, what i want is keeping fit, i want to maintain my butt muscles, my breast and abdominals muscles, so work them all,all my body and so exercise more the muscles on arms and legs because after it i want to return the martial arts or so,well then i'l see,- i replied him.
- Ok, ok, i already know what to do with you.-Said the trainner.
- Ok, and as i live nearby can i come everyday? ( i asked it never imagening in what i was going into!!! ), - i asked.
- Yes, you can, i'l do a special prize for you then,- he told me - and you can start tomorrow then, and come always at the hour you want as we have these classes always open.
- Ok, thanks, i will - But, lol, last week happen what i told already, only went to 2, and this week, went today .. na, na, i'm not lazy..are the muscles pains OOh how it hurts, lol , but to stop it i'l go everyday ..well i'l see tomorrow because at the moment oooooooooooh GAWD i think i only can type! But soon, after blogging-around, i'm going into a lavender relaxing bath, and in the end of the month i'l feel great

PS:About my 1st.post of today, where i talk about the ones who're closing blogs, is bellow this one, and if they all continue close it i'l do it too, bcz this is too much sad, i must say that i've been always well treated since i'm here, i love a lot this blog.uk.team, but indeed something is wrong with the stuff of stats and that's why so many people closed and are closing their blogs...my stats usually are high ones, i can post them later, and usually im there on tops, so im here just for Happy-Blogging not for sadness, not for have friends since 2005 that are w/reason closing their blogs, because blog.co.uk must see what's wrong with those stats, if someone deserve be on tops, because there are GREAT TOP bloggers who aren't on tops, better see what's wrong with it; as people who don't have comments,or almost not cmts. and maybe don't have so many visitors or pageviews and are at tops..WHY???!!!STRANGE!!! I ask you this as the ones who closed their blogs, or even bcz me bcz mines use to be high ones, but bcz i deserve it!and im not going to discuss nothing of this, this is only to allert blog.co.uk;..
...but isn't bcz me this BUT bcz im loosing my friends here and if so im going away too. Also the content of blogs vary yes, but please, most there on top24 don't appeal to me at all,lots are too self-centered!!! or selfish ones! or whatever! The good ones..take a lookthere and tell me which one are the good ones there? come on!Bah! indeed! So please, better this be review, all this about staffs,whatever, and see what's wrong or you will loose more bloggers, and yes i want to stay here!

Yes, i'm very sad about some friends closing their blogs and u bet that I AM GOING TO POST ABOUT IT AND SHOW ALL MY STATS IN PUBLIC, and i'l do it today..sad is this kind of stuffs allways happens when i'm about to be a pro-account..I couldn't believe yesterday when i returned online after a week away and saw that most are about to close and others i care so much already closed..and GREAT bloggers they were, isn't fair..
Tears came to my eyes.
Something is wrong or with STATS or with Blog.co.Uk watching the stats, dunno, but something is not ok!!!!
But that's another post bcz im going to post my stats.
Can't believe that people that have less viewers and has no comments or almost no comments, etc. than me and than some who already closed blogs, and were pro-accounts, are on tops, so something is WRONG..tooooooooooooooooo much wrong.
Isn't jealousy, is about being fair with stats, transparency, and well, are friends of mine that im loosing!!!! I'm with tears in my eyes bcz that, some are friends since 2005!!!!
