According to her, is for men and women, plus when she takes this breakfast she goes surfing, has energy during hours, she doesn't feel hunger and she really gets delighted with it!  Really? Lets try it? Ok, purchase the ingredients, cook and say if you like it. I still didn't try it, and i'm having my doubts indeed
Here is Cameron's secret and private...not so secret now because she's saying it to every magazine in the world!... formula of her breakfast:
- Ingredients:
. oil in spray
. 1 spoon of olive oil
. 1 boiled chicken/hen's chest
. 1 portion of boiled broccoli, cutted in pieces
. a bit of salt
. half spoon of garlic's dust
. a bit of pepper
. 1 spoon of flour
. 1 cup of rice
. 2 pieces of garlic
. 2 entire eggs
. 3 spoons of lemon juice
. half cup of meat broth
. parsley as you wish

- EAT NOW!  Please sorry if some error translating it but well it's done, and making me laugh and wondering about it a LOT 
- Is she lying? Joking with all us? Well, she doesn't tell us at which time she has her breakfast...THIS breakfast  
- Plus going Surfing after eat all this  Watch out Cameron.. turn the lights on in your brain  bcz you can get an indigestion, you know it don't you? hmm, i guess you don't! This if you really surf..which i doubt..no one surfs after eat such thing, every surfer eats something light before go into water!
And because she says so i searched for a pic. of her surfing and the only one i got is this one where's she on the sand, at beach, with a board under her arm..this i also do and don't need to eat all that , lol.

Before HER breakfast formula and yet with the day before's make-up, now this one after the famous breakfast and her surfing..on sand:

Btw...And who has time to cook this daily before go to work?
For me works well a great yumy croissant, and/or fresh bread with honey and butter, plus cheeses, with some orange juice, chocolate milkshake, and/or a good coffee..this yes, is YUMY
