Hahaha just like one of my meditation students last night; she was 85 and she ran out of the room scared once we started! She said...I'm 85 yrs. old and I just don't think this is for me. Guess I scared her off (or the music did)

Your soooo nice to me KK! It was a meditation class, not yoga...but she was pretty freaked out by it all! Oh well...you can't keep everyone happy; good thing there's lots of teachers in this world.

Yes, don't bother with that, she's not interested about meditate if she behaved like that! she did it not because your class or the way you teach, but bcz is she who have problems, not you and the others.

It looks like the sort of slightly naughty postcard we have at the seaside here, or used to have anyway. E* lives nearer to the sea than I do. I had a girlfriend once (long time ago) who tried to teach me to dance properly. She was tall and thin, not like this, but she had no chance. I have two left feet and no sense of balance.

hahahahhaa yes Tango is funny and gr8 to dance, i don't manage it bcz i never had lessons, but there's a gym nearby with those kind of dances and i'm thinking on learn some of them like tango, yes. Not like this one? hahahhahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa yes this one is tall but FAT must be cz FATigue OOH u can learn it easy!-

Just off to bed now K. Had heavy rain here. If my mouth could dance I would be fine! but my legs not so. Dancing is great exercise and not that different from martial arts really. A celebrity dancing show has been a huge hit over here. Not that you seem to need much exercise, you are fit as it is. I'll just dance to the fridge then zzzzz. Thanks for the replies, will answer properly when sun rises over the yard arm or whatever Russell says. Thanks.
