-.....was windsurfing, as i explained on a post above yesterday!
So, i didn't crash with the ship because i noticed in time while sailors waving to me
but well now i imagined this airplane from U.S.A. (why not? ROFL) arriving in time to rescue me, as Sudha is very concerned that one of these days while i'm windsurfing, some sailors can kidnap me

ME, Running away from Russian ship Navy while:
Belly Dancing: the ART, chp.II
. HEAD
- Head Circle: Keeping head level, move head in horizontal circle, starting in a clockwise direction. Reverse when mood strikes.
- Head Slide: Slide head from right to left, keeping head level. Do not allow head to tilt from side to side or to turn right or left. Keep chin level and nose pointing forward. Imagine your head is on a vertical tray.
. SHOULDERS
- Alternating Shoulder Circles: Move shoulders in a circular motion, starting forward, up, back, and down. Alternate right and left shoulder.
- Shoulder Shimmy: Move right shoulder forward while moving left shoulder back. Reverse. Gradually build up speed, while keeping the hips still and allowing the ribcage to flow with the shoulders. This is one of the most dynamic and characteristic movements in Middle Eastern dance.
With any of these movements, you can vary your speed depending on the tempo of the music, so let the music be your guide.
:D Enjoy it, it's easy, just some practice!And let's Dance ![]()
